Central to our approach to competitive gymnastics training is the belief that it is the journey, not the destination or the result of any competition/contest that is most important. It is the mental soundness the gymnast develops, or rather their intellectual fitness that is of greatest value at Top Flight Gymnastics Training Center. It is indeed the process of our training, and not the outcome of those efforts that is mostly emphasized to all Top Flight team members. We measure our success not by the number of trophies on the wall but rather by what each child can take with them when they leave the sport of gymnastics.
As a staff, we are committed to providing your child with the best training possible. We believe emphasis on correct form, proper technique, and precise execution will result in the best competitive experience possible for your child.
The Top Flight girl’s team is home to numerous state, regional, and national champions, including the current USA Gymnastics Level 9 Western National All Around champion.

Tumble and Trampoline Competitive Program
Top Flight's Tumble & Trampoline program is governed by the USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Program.
Our team consist of boys and girls ranging in age from 5-17. Athletes compete in Levels 2-9.
The Tumble and Trampoline team compete on 3 events: Power Tumbling, Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline.
Power Tumbling -
Power tumbling is performed on an elevated rod tumbling strip. This helps athletes propel themselves, demonstrating speed, strength, and height while executing a series of acrobatic skills.
Trampoline -
Athletes compete one or two routines of 10 connected skills. The athletes, on modern trampolines, can bounce as high as 30 feet in the air while demonstrating the graceful array of skills including double and triple somersaults.
Double Mini Trampoline -
This event is relatively new to this sport. Skill are performed combining a horizontal run of tumbling with the vertical bouncing of the trampoline. The athletes starts with a short run, jumping onto a small - two level trampoline then performs a rebounding skill immediately followed by a dismounting skill onto a landing mat.
This event is similar to spring board diving, using a mat instead of water.
